Trappers have asked for an otter lure and Mr. Billingsley delivered!  He first developed this lure in the mid-90's when otter fur was king.  Due to ingredient availability he had to put it on the shelf for a bit.  Finally available once again, this lure is bound to be sold out in short order!  Place a (roughly) a tbsp of Water Wolf in a pocket or guard it with a body-grip and watch the results! Comes in 2oz.
