Metal Tail Stripper

Orange, plastic tail stripper. Easily holds a dozen fox pelts, or about 15 coons on a hanger. Just a great way to keep your fur up and out of the way after being removed from the stretcher.

This is not your average, cheap, metal tail stripper. After being unhappy with the cheap foreign made, stamped out edges that you could also use as a knife to skin with, we took the metal tail stripper to the laser cutter and had them make it right!  No sharp edges on this stripper, and you get what you pay for:  a tail stripper not a knife to cut your hand.  Made in the U.S.A.

Beaver hoops-3 Leather sheath for Post 2 hand flesher Winkler Diamond Sharpening Steel
Beaver hoops-3
Our Price: $27.95
Beaver Hoops are for those who want to conveniently stretch their beaver hides on metal hoops using the sharp pointed clips (included). Simply, open the hoop and lock in position approximately 2 - 3" larger than you think the stretched hide will be. Using the clips, pierce the very edge of the hide with one end of the clip and then pull it back and hook it over the steel form of the hoop. You continue this until a clip is approximately every inch for the entire circumference of the beaver hide. Beaver hoops allow your hides to dry faster, as the air circulates on both sides of the hide, unlike boards.

**Due to oversize shape, an extra $20 will be charged for shipping**

Check out this hand made leather case for your Post two-hand flesher. The perfect addition to keep your knife just the way you bought it. Two snaps pressed into a total leather case that fits like a glove to your Post 2 hand flesher. Tons of Post knife users have been after us to offer a case for their flesher and we got it done. The case is quality, nothing cheap about it.

At 12" this is the diamond steel we use, and it does a great job.  You can also touch up a serrated edge.  Just works great for putting a like-new edge back on your Post 2 hand flesher.  Just a few swipes on the cutting edge, and your flesher is ready for another pile of pelts.  Will sharpen any edge.
